SRC wants you to have the easiest experience with our products, so we offer a generous returns and exchanges policy. We offer 100% money back guarantee for all our products. 

Returns Shipping

• Customers in Australia are eligible for FREE RETURNS SHIPPING for eligible products.
• Customers in North America(USA & Canada) can send returns and exchanges to our Florida warehouse, and can receive up to $A12 to cover the cost of postage
• Customers in all other countries must pay for any return postage fees.

Here's what you need to know

• Recovery compression garments must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Other eligible products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Some products are not eligible for return due to their intimate nature. This includes 
• SRC Scar Repair Care
• SRC Breast-Eze Ice & Heat Packs
• SRC Femme-Eze Ice & Heat packs
• SRC Reusable Nursing Pads
• All items are required to be returned in their original unworn condition, with their garment tags and labels in place.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you purchased from one of our stockists, the stockist will assist with your return and the transaction is subject to the policies of the stockist.
• Please ensure you care for your SRC garment as per manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the 100% Money Back Guarantee

Exchanges and returns will be actioned when we receive the product at our Melbourne warehouse, or upon proof of garment being returned.

For exchanges, we will dispatch exchange items as soon as we have received the original items back. Your exchange item will be returned to you FREE OF CHARGE, without incurring additional postage costs. 

For returns, we will issue a refund as soon as we have received the original items back using the original payment method. The total refund may not exceed the original order value in any circumstances. Note that a re-stocking fee may be charged.
