This Refund & Exchange policy applies only to Retail Consumers purchasing directly from the SRC Health Website.

 If you have purchased from one of our stockists, please contact that stockist. Note that your request will be subject to the policies of the Stockist.

 We offer 100% money back guarantee for all our garments and other eligible products purchased directly from our website. This money back guarantee is subject to all the below Refund and Exchange Terms and Conditions.

Here's what you need to know

  • Recovery compression garments must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Other eligible products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Some products are not eligible for return due to their intimate nature.  This includes

    • SRC Breast-Eze Ice & Heat Packs
    • SRC Femme-Eze Ice & Heat packs
    • SRC Peri Care Bottle
    • SRC Reusable Nursing Pads
    • SRC Relief Superior Silver Nursing Cups
    • SRC Postpartum Disposable Underwear-10 Pack
    • SRC Relief Cooling Wipes
  • Please note that when requesting a refund or exchange of a bundled product containing an ineligible item from the list above, this item may not form part of the request. Please retain this item.
  • All items are required to be returned in their original unworn condition, with any tags and labels in place.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Import Duty & Taxes are non-refundable.
  • Where the original order received a volume based discount such as free freight, any refund will be adjusted should the volume criteria not be met as a result of the refund request.
  • Please ensure you care for your SRC garment as per manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the 100% Money Back Guarantee

Returns Shipping

  • Retail Customers in Australia are eligible for FREE RETURN SHIPPING for the first exchange or refund request of their order. Upon submission of your request, you will receive more detailed instructions via email. If a subsequent exchange or refund is requested, please contact info@srchealth.com. For any subsequent requests, free return shipping will not apply.
  • Customers in USA can send returns and exchanges to our Texas warehouse and can receive up to $A12 towards the cost of postage for an initial request. The warehouse address is Hawthorne Logistics, SRC Health, AEB-4000-2019 1036 JACOBSON RD, GARLAND, TX 75042-7852 US. Any subsequent request will not receive the $A12 subsidy.
  • Customers in all other countries must pay for any return postage fees.

Exchanges and Refunds will be actioned when we receive the product at our Melbourne warehouse, or upon proof of garment being returned.

For exchanges, we will dispatch exchange items as soon as we have received the original items back. Your exchange item will be returned to you FREE OF CHARGE, without incurring additional postage costs. 

For refunds, we will issue a refund as soon as we have received and inspected the original items. The Refund may only be via the original payment method. The total refund may not exceed the original order value in any circumstances. Note that a re-stocking fee may be charged.
