SRC Restore garments can be worn in conjunction with any treatment from your pelvic health specialist and for best results should be worn day and night for as many hours as you can. Through the use of a patented Anatomical Support Panel, specifically the gusset panel, our SRC Restore garments provide continuous even compression to the entire perineal area to assist with improving the symptoms of bladder and uterine prolapse.
The garment been shown to help with symptoms of mild urinary incontinence, mild bladder and mild uterine prolapse. Continuous compression to the perineum has been said to activate pelvic floor muscles through a possible proprioceptive feedback loop.
Activating pelvic floor muscles positively influences their strength and their ability to support bladder and uterine function. Wearing the garment and combining it with a women’s health physio program should improve symptoms faster.
Additional anecdotal evidence has shown a reduction in symptoms of mild bladder and uterine prolapse while wearing the SRC Restore compression garment.
The research and development of our fabric was extensive as we wanted to ensure that it provided support and comfort with no feeling of restriction.
Our uniquely milled fabric goes through rigorous independent testing to ensure that it is of the highest quality and can stretch and return to its original shape consistently after wash and wear to provide you with optimal performance and a longer lasting garment.
To make sure we deliver this we decided to test our fabric against one of the leading compression brands in the marketplace to assess whether the compression properties were sustained after multiple washes and how this compared to the other brand.
We subjected the fabric to 100 wash cycles followed by an extension test. Our fabric not only retained its original size and shape (against the competitor which shrunk significantly) but also retained the same high level of compression at the conclusion of testing.

Correct measurement with these garments is crucial to the functionality of the shorts. As they are a medical garment/measured sizes they do not correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.
We also have a video for you to reference in terms of measuring yourself correctly here:
Do not take your own measurement. Compression garments require accurate fit to function.
Be measured in your underwear only. Stand with your heels together and have the person measuring you keep the measuring tape straight. They should place the tape over your hips, pubic bone and bottom at the fullest part. The tape should touch. your body at all points but not be pulled tight.
It’s a personal choice, the Restore garment will provide you support and comfort with or without your underwear.

This product really helped a problem that was hindering me for years! I bought another two pairs within the week
I have found the Restore underwear very supportive to wear on a daily basis. I developed prolapses after a traumatic birth. Since returning to exercising I invested in the SRC sports leggings and the Restore underwear and they have improved my symptoms and confidence.
Have only been wearing mine for just over a week, and mainly to sleep in. I’ve noticed a difference already! Customer service has been super helpful, answering all my questions and queries. As for the underwear themselves, the material is really light and comfortable to wear, without feeling restricting or growing uncomfortable after a long period of time. Would definitely recommend.
I must admit I was skeptical,”it’s quite a lot to pay if they don’t work” I thought in my head. BUT- they do work & I’m impressed! They fit perfectly, they are not hot, they are breathable which was one of my concerns & they do seem to work. I have had pelvic mesh removal 3 months ago. If anyone reading this review is considering it Please don’t, go onto australia pelvic mesh group read the many stories of pain & injury from these harmful slings still being implanted. Do physio training & get some of these. They really do help with that support & for me the urge incontinance has all but disappeared with these. I’ve had a 9 months post removal surgery, a long recovery & I couldn’t have done it without Support garments, I had abdominal & vaginal surgery. I used post partum leggings through winter initially which are also great. Showed these to my physio, she hadn’t heard of them but will no doubt recommend them to future clients. You can claim from some health funds, I’m giving that a go as I will need to purchase more of these in the future. I’m a size 12 & I bought a medium which fits firmly but not tight.
I've been wearing these for about four days now and I've really noticed and improvement in my symptoms. I'm 6 months postpartum after my second child and, was diagnosed with bladder prolapse after my first, and I wish I had been able to buy these then! My main symptom is dragging/heaviness and these shorts make me feel much more comfortable and confident. I have a 2nd-degree prolapse which this product isn't actually designed for but I thought they might help anyway and I was right! Also, I live in a very hot and humid climate and while any kind of tight clothing here isn't ideal, the shorts are surprisingly still comfortable. I call them shorts because they're pretty substantial, I wear them around the house like shorts. I keep wondering what about them is actually helping my symptoms because they aren't too tight or restrictive so it seems like they aren't "doing" anything, but the difference I feel is significant so I think that speaks to how well they are designed. Also, I made some mistakes with my order and the customer service team answered my questions quickly and I got my order a day earlier than I expected. Overall I am really satisfied with this product, I'm glad that there are companies out there who are committed to finding practical and non-invasive ways to manage prolapse. Thank you!
