Fitting Instructions

Make sure your foot is completely dry.

Place your hand into the sock pinching the heel pocket and turning the sock inside out creating a toe tunnel.

Place your fingers into the garment and stretch out whilst inserting your foot.

Put on a pair of textured rubber gloves to provide necessary grip to pull on the sock. Check the sock is evenly distributed from the knee through to the ankle, so that there are no creases.

Make sure that the top of the sock band is 2 fingers below the crease of the knee.

Do not fold over the top of the sock.

To remove the sock, grasp the top band and begin to slide it down the leg. Once you get to the heel pocket use the rubber gloves to slide it off the foot.

I have many different pairs of compression socks and these are by far my favourite. They stay in place and are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. I definitely think they have helped relieve the pain of my varicose veins .

Easy to wear and super helpful

This is my third pregnancy and I’ve previously used compression full length stockings for my varicose veins. This time - being pregnant in summer - I went with the stockings. I was sceptical I would feel relief without the full length but was pleasantly surprised - much less swelling at the end of the day.
