SRC Restore Leggings are a great option for post-surgical recovery, especially if your procedure is below the umbilicus, including:
- Inguinal hernia repairs
- Appendectomies
- Transvaginal surgeries (such as vaginal repairs, pelvic floor/prolapse surgeries, or hysterectomy)
- Abdominal hysterectomies
Restore Leggings provide targeted compression to the lower abdomen and perineum, helping to improve mobility, reduce swelling, and relieve pain during your recovery.

Correct measurement for our garments is crucial. As they are medical garments they may not always correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.
We also have a video for you to reference in terms of measuring yourself correctly here:
Restore Size Guide
- SRC Restore garments can be worn in conjunction with any treatment from your pelvic health specialist
- For best results wear day and night for as many hours as you can,
- Through the use of a patented Anatomical Support Panel, specifically the gusset panel, the SRC Restore garment provides triple layer continuous even compression to the entire perineal area to assist with improving the symptoms of bladder and uterine prolapse
- The garments have been shown to help with symptoms of mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence
- Continuous compression to the perineum has been said to activate pelvic floor muscles through a possible proprioceptive feedback loop
- Activating pelvic floor muscles positively influences their strength and their ability to support bladder and uterine function.
- Wearing the garment and combining it with a women’s health physio program should improve symptoms faster.

This is a question we get asked a lot by women wondering which length will be the best fit for their needs. Each length has different features and benefits and, ultimately, it comes down to personal preference for each customer in what they will get the most wear from:
- Full-length leggings provide the best venous return and are a fashion staple that can be worn like any other pair of black leggings. However, you may need help putting them on for the first time, and they may not be preferable for women in warmer climates.
- Regular (knee-length) shorts can be worn like bike shorts as both an undergarment and outerwear. They provide a slightly better venous return than our Mini length.
- Mini Length Shorts are preferred by many women because they fit perfectly under shorter dresses and are great for hotter climates. They are also the easiest to put on.
Specially designed by women for women, our postpartum compression garments are crafted to provide support and flexibility for recovering mums without any feeling of restriction. Using smooth, breathable, anti-chafing fabrics, they are designed for prolonged wear without causing irritation, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
Both the shell and the lining of our SRC Recovery garments are also made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. With uniquely milled, high-quality fabrics, you can rest assured that they maintain their elasticity and shape even after multiple wears and washes. With this True Cross Compression Technology, each layer of fabric is cut differently, providing consistent and reliable compression during any activity so you never lose the support you need during recovery.
