  • Worried about leaks during exercise, laughing, or coughing?
  • Experiencing a persistent feeling of heaviness or pressure in your pelvic region, like you’re always “sitting on a ball”?
  • Have you noticed a prolapse bulge or bump at the base of your vagina?
  • Are you looking for relief from non-pregnancy-related vulvar varicosities?

SRC Restore Uterine Prolapse and Continence Treatment Shorts are designed to ease the discomfort of a prolapse bulge and help you live without the worry of leaking. These shorts utilise advanced compression fabrics to provide chafe-free support and exceptional comfort, making them an excellent choice for:

  • Mild to moderate bladder prolapse and/or uterine prolapse.
  • Supporting women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and uterine prolapse by engaging the pelvic floor muscles, effectively reducing or preventing leaks, unlike traditional incontinence products that only absorb.
  • Relieving pressure and pain associated with varicose veins through graduated compression, which enhances venous return.

Crafted from durable, lightweight fabric, SRC Restore Shorts are tested to maintain their effectiveness through 100 washes. They’re breathable, anti-chafing, and designed for all-day wear, whether you’re recovering, running errands, or engaging in physical activities.

For those who prefer a longer short, they are designed to come to the knee, offering added coverage and support. The added convenience of dual side pockets allows you to keep your essentials close, perfect for your phone, keys, or other small items, while the new drawstring feature ensures a snug and secure fit around your waist. Backed by a 100% money-back guarantee, they offer a risk-free solution for women seeking confidence and comfort.

SRC Restore Shorts are also ideal for post-surgical recovery, by providing targeted compression to the lower abdomen and perineum. They improve mobility, reduce swelling, and provide pain relief post-surgery, particularly after procedures below the umbilicus, including:

  • Inguinal hernia repairs.
  • Appendectomies.
  • Transvaginal surgeries (such as pelvic floor repairs, prolapse surgeries including thigh graft site, or hysterectomies).
  • Abdominal hysterectomies.

Correct measurement for our garments is crucial. As they are medical garments they may not always correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.

We also have a video for you to reference in terms of measuring yourself correctly here:

    Restore Size Guide

      • SRC Restore garments can be worn in conjunction with any treatment from your pelvic health specialist
      • For best results wear day and night for as many hours as you can,
      • Through the use of a patented Anatomical Support Panel, specifically the gusset panel, the SRC Restore garment provides triple layer continuous even compression to the entire perineal area to assist with improving the symptoms of bladder and uterine prolapse
      • The garments have been shown to help with symptoms of mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence
      • Continuous compression to the perineum has been said to activate pelvic floor muscles through a possible proprioceptive feedback loop
      • Activating pelvic floor muscles positively influences their strength and their ability to support bladder and uterine function.
      • Wearing the garment and combining it with a women’s health physio program should improve symptoms faster.

This is a question we get asked a lot by women wondering which length will be the best fit for their needs. Each length has different features and benefits and, ultimately, it comes down to personal preference for each customer in what they will get the most wear from:

      • Full-length leggings provide the best venous return and are a fashion staple that can be worn like any other pair of black leggings. However, you may need help putting them on for the first time, and they may not be preferable for women in warmer climates.
      • Regular (knee-length) shorts can be worn like bike shorts as both an undergarment and outerwear. They provide a slightly better venous return than our Mini length.
      • Mini Length Shorts are preferred by many women because they fit perfectly under shorter dresses and are great for hotter climates. They are also the easiest to put on.

Specially designed by women for women, our postpartum compression garments are crafted to provide support and flexibility for recovering mums without any feeling of restriction. Using smooth, breathable, anti-chafing fabrics, they are designed for prolonged wear without causing irritation, ensuring comfort throughout the day.

Both the shell and the lining of our  SRC Recovery garments are also made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. With uniquely milled, high-quality fabrics,  you can rest assured that they maintain their elasticity and shape even after multiple wears and washes. With this True Cross Compression Technology, each layer of fabric is cut differently, providing consistent and reliable compression during any activity so you never lose the support you need during recovery.

Yes, Restore can be worn to bed.

Yes, you will still receive benefits whilst wearing a liner.

The Restore gusset has a triple layer support panel and will provide support to the entire perineal area.

Anatomical Support Panels developed and patented by SRC Health deliver targeted compression.

We recommend that you continue to wear your Restore garment to keep your pelvic floor muscles active, thus reducing the risk of symptoms.

Majority of our customers purchase at least 2 pairs, allowing you to wear one and have one in the wash.

Both Restore Shorts as well as Restore Leggings will help avoid chaffing on the inner thighs.

The waistband is a soft narrow and non-restrictive underwear elastic and will not tighten at the waist, providing the ultimate support and comfort. The SRC Restore Leggings have a soft elastic waist band with a drawstring that can be tightened.

The Restore garments are not ideal to wear immediately post delivery, as they do not address abdominal muscle separation, which is a condition that most new mothers suffer from. SRC Recovery Shorts or Leggings are recommended for new mothers and should be put on as soon as possible after birth. Once the abdominal muscle separation is no longer present, but you continue experiencing issues with SUI and prolapse, then we recommend you transition to the SRC Restore Uterine Prolapse & Continence Treatment garment.

Shell 75% Polyamide, 25% Elastane. Lining 80% Polyamide, 20% Elastane.

The design of the garment and the flatlock seams ensure that Restore sits beautifully on the skin and will not ride or bunch up. The fabric is breathable and will provide both support and comfort.

      Great Product!

These shorts are tremendously helpful in alleviating the discomfort of a prolapse. The support they provide makes me much more comfortable. They are supportive and thin enough to wear under other clothing. I am very grateful!

      Fantastic knee length shorts

I had been wearing the SRC Restore mini shorts for over two years and when I saw they were also available in a knee length version I knew I would need to try them out. The Restore shorts are a game changer for any woman, no matter the age who suffers from prolapse or incontinence.

Surgery is not the answer for everyone, and as you age managing a pessary may be impossible. These shorts are a blessing for those of us who fall into these two categories. The knee length version have the added benefit of thigh and upper leg compression - great for gym and excerise sessions. I also wear the Restore leggings - these too are worth their weight in gold.

I highly recommend the Restore shorts and leggings - they will change your life.

      For pelvic congestion syndrome

More tolerable than compression stockings from a sensory perspective. It is nice how it doesn’t cut in behind the knee. The stitching is not as strong as expected. Does not work itself down. Fine in winter under clothes but will expect it to be too hot to wear in summer unless in aircon with no additional layers. Does provide support to hips and lower back when moving.

We are pleased to hear that you find them more tolerable than compression stockings from a sensory perspective and that the design doesn't cut in behind the knee. However, we note your concerns about the stitching strength and the potential warmth during summer months. You're welcome to contact our customer service to assist you with the length of your shorts to be able to wear it at summertime as well. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with other customers who may be considering our product for similar conditions.

      Knee Kickers

I prefer the shorts. But thought with the knee length I may be able to wear as shorts. Unfortunately I find the waist slips a bit, being a draw string and the knee length is OK.

I love SRC and find the material of great quality.

Thank you for your review, Lynette B. We appreciate your feedback about the SRC Restore Support Knee Length Shorts and are pleased to hear that you love the quality of our material. We understand that the drawstring waist isn't providing the secure fit you were hoping for compared to the mini shorts. While the knee length style suits some customers, we recognize it may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you in finding the most suitable size or style for your needs. Thank you for your continued support of SRC products.
