Useful information

I just had a hysterectomy and wasn't told anything about after care. I found Michelle's Kenways information on the Internet and purchased inside out. It really helped me understand what was normal and taught me useful techniques such as how to dispel trapped wind. The advice was really good.

Once at 4 weeks I will buy part 2.
