INTERNATIONAL

We use express shipping to all countries worldwide. Freight to US & NZ is $A12, all other countries are $A15.

Delivery times to countries such as the USA, Canada, Europe and New Zealand are 3-5 business days. Other locations may take up to 10 days.

A signature will be required at the point of delivery for customers outside Australia.

Many private health insurers in Australia will provide a rebate to customers who purchase an SRC product as they are considered a medical compression garment, designed to aid with the recovery and health of expectant and new mothers.

To claim your rebate simply print the rebate form (PDF) and take this to your health care provider such as your MD or GP or specialist, and ask them to fill in the details and sign. Please note that the Provider Number must be supplied by the Health Care Professional. Once the form is completed, send the rebate letter and your invoice to your private health insurer.

Benefits for the purchase of pregnancy compression garments are payable on select Medibank products where the required conditions are met as determined by Medibank.

Your product may be claimable under one of the following categories: Aids and Appliances, Orthoses, Splints, Medical compression garments.

Please note: not all private health insurers/plans offer a rebate and we recommend talking to your fund/plan to see if it applies to you.

At SRC we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any SRC product that you purchased, please return it to us along with your receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase (excluding postage) using the original payment method. Please note that a re-stocking fee may be applied.

Refund

If for any reason at all you are not completely satisfied with any SRC product or do not wish to keep the item/s you received, simply send them back to us within
30 days.
We will issue a full refund for those items using the original payment method. The total refund may not exceed the value of the original order. Please note that a re-stocking fee may be applied.
Please ensure you care for your SRC garment as per manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the 100% Money Back guarantee. Please place the item in its original packaging in an Express Post Parcel/Bag along with a copy of your receipt and a note stating why you wish the product to be refunded. One of our customer service personnel will contact you to organise your refund once the product has been received. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

Merchandise requiring exchange must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. As applicable under the Trade practices Act, undergarments cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. What we ask is that you try the SRC medical compression garment on (over underwear) and should you feel the fit is not what it should be, remove the garment and either return it for exchange or call us for assistance or advice re sizing.

Please place the item in its original packaging in an Express Post Parcel/Bag along with a copy of your receipt and a note stating the size required. Include a self-addressed post bag for your return item.Your postage costs to SRC are non-refundable.
