Vulval varicosities are at the forefront of our triple-layer gusset design. This patented Anatomical Support Panel provides targeted compression where it’s needed most. The Gusset Panel is specifically crafted to offer vital relief from vulvar varicose veins, alongside support for symphysis pubis dysfunction.
SRC Pregnancy Shorts also help alleviate low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, and mild varicose veins of the legs, ensuring your "baby-carrying" pelvis gets the support it needs to reduce strain and prepare you for a smoother delivery.
For extra comfort, we highly recommend wearing SRC Pregnancy Shorts to bed to reduce morning pain and ease that uncomfortable engorgement "rush sensation" in your vulval veins when you first get up.
Our evidence-based triple-layer gusset panel also provides essential pelvic floor protection, helping to maintain the strength of your pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy, which can lower the risk of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) post-delivery. It also supports the treatment of existing SUI and POP throughout pregnancy.
Femme-Eze, a reusable nontoxic Perineum Ice & Heat Pack, is contoured to the female anatomy. Icing is a safe, fast, effective, and natural treatment for vulvar varicose veins.

Correct measurement for our garments is crucial. As they are medical garments they may not always correlate to general/fashion clothing sizes. General fashion sizes also vary drastically by country and by brand (we find that an Australian XS can equate to a S or even M in American sizes) so we strongly recommend you have someone else take your measurements and use this guide to size yourself up.
Sizing for twin pregnancies is identical to sizing for single pregnancies.
We also have a video for you to reference in terms of measuring yourself correctly here:
Pregnancy Size Guide
Do not take your own measurement. Compression garments require accurate fit to function. Be measured in your underwear only. Stand with your heels together and have the person measuring you keep the measuring tape straight. They should place the tape over your hips, pubic bone and bottom at the fullest part. The tape should touch your body at all points but not be pulled tight.

Measure at any time during your pregnancy for SRC Pregnancy Shorts or Leggings.
SRC Pregnancy Garments have been specifically designed to support your ‘baby carrying pelvis’ and reduce the stress placed on it through your pregnancy. This allows you to stay at work for longer, helps you get back on your feet and move around more easily and just generally makes you feel like yourself again.
Patented Anatomical Support Panels (ASP) in the SRC Pregnancy Garments deliver targeted compression, ideal for treating multiple conditions like lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain and mild varicose veins as well as vulvar varicosities.
They provide support to the pelvic area through gentle yet constant compression, activating muscles and encouraging core stability, reducing swelling and muscle fatigue.
The ASP deliver True Cross Compression (TCC) as each layer within the panel is cut on a different plane so that during activity no compression is lost at any time.
The triple layer compression ASP including the gusset panel, have been shown to significantly help with the pressure associated with vulval veins.
The research and development of our fabric was extensive as we wanted to ensure that it provided support and comfort with no feeling of restriction. Our uniquely milled fabric goes through rigorous independent testing to ensure that it is of the highest quality and can stretch and return to its original shape consistently after wash and wear to provide you with optimal performance and a longer lasting garment.
To make sure we deliver this we decided to test our fabric against one of the leading compression brands in the marketplace to assess whether the compression properties were sustained after multiple washes and how this compared to the other brand.
We subjected the fabric to 100 wash cycles followed by an extension test. Our fabric not only retained its original size and shape (against the competitor which shrunk significantly) but also retained the same high level of compression at the conclusion of testing.

Unlike belly bands, SRC Pregnancy Leggings are designed to manage multiple conditions, offering enhanced comfort that makes them suitable for prolonged wear, thereby increasing their effectiveness. Tight belly bands may cause muscle deactivation, so they should be worn only briefly, for 2-3 hours at most. In certain cases, combining SRC Pregnancy Leggings with a pregnancy belt may be beneficial.
This is a question we get asked a lot by women wondering which length and style (Over the Bump or Under the Bump) will be the best fit for their needs. Each garment has very slight variations and more than anything else, it comes down to personal preference for each customer.
- Full length leggings provide the best venous return and are a fashion staple that can be worn like any other pair of black leggings. However, pregnancy leggings may not be preferable for women who live in warmer climates and are also going to be slightly more difficult to put on than our shorter styles.
- Regular (knee-length) Shorts can be worn like bike shorts as both an undergarment and outerwear. They provide a slightly better venous return than our Mini length.
- Lots of women prefer the Pregnancy Shorts Mini because they fit perfectly under shorter dresses and are great for hotter climates. They are also the easiest to put on.
Over the Bump or Under the Bump?
Over the bump products do not have any compression over the belly, however, some women prefer to be fully covered to achieve the feeling of extra support. Both styles provide the exact same level of compression and it is up to the individual on what style they would prefer. Here’s our rule of thumb:
Under the Bump:
- If you don’t want to cover your belly
- If your skin can feel sensitive and itchy
- If you feel hot or live in warmer climates
Over the Bump:
- If you want to cover the bump
- If you like the feeling of extra support without compressing the bump
Specially designed by women for women, our postpartum compression garments are crafted to provide support and flexibility for recovering mums without any feeling of restriction. Using smooth, breathable, anti-chafing fabrics, they are designed for prolonged wear without causing irritation, ensuring comfort throughout the day.
Both the shell and the lining of our SRC Recovery garments are also made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. With uniquely milled, high-quality fabrics, you can rest assured that they maintain their elasticity and shape even after multiple wears and washes. With this True Cross Compression Technology, each layer of fabric is cut differently, providing consistent and reliable compression during any activity so you never lose the support you need during recovery.
